FAQs

Are these frames safe?

Yes, the frames are engineered from heavy-duty steel for rock-solid stability. However, a safe scaffold tower requires all the correct components. Your safety depends on a complete and proper assembly, including cross braces, a fully decked platform, and a guardrail system for work above 10 feet.

Are these frames compatible with other brands?

Our frames are built to industry-standard dimensions, making them compatible with most standard-sized scaffolding components. However, we always recommend measuring your existing components to ensure a proper and safe fit.

Can I stack these frames?

Yes, these frames are designed to be safely stacked to increase your working height. When stacking, you must use proper connecting pins, and for any tower that exceeds a certain height-to-base ratio (typically 3:1), you must use outriggers and/or tie the scaffold to the structure for stability.

What other names does this product go by?

This product is also commonly called a portable scaffold frame, walk-through frame, H-frame, or Baker-style scaffold frame.
