Why use high-quality labels from an Authorised Independent Franking Machine Maintainer?

Our high-quality franking labels are ideal for adding franked postage to larger / thicker envelopes, parcels and packages. They are all designed and tested across all manufacturer’s franking machine models within the UK. All labels are tested to provide clean smudge & smear-free printing when used with all brands of approved ink. All our labels are easy peel and have quality high strength adhesive that withstands the harshest of postage / mailing environments.

When you print on your envelopes or parcels, it’s crucial to your business that the quality is perfect, clean, and machine readable. That’s why when choosing a label supplier away from your original equipment manufacturer you should look to quality established franking machine industry experts only. Mailcoms are not only a Royal Mail ink supplier but are also a Royal Mail Authorised Independent Franking Machine Maintainer which ensures trained equipment technicians are always on hand to assist where required.

Mailcoms will guarantee these FP Mailing Postbase Mini extra long (215mm) double sheet franking labels will be the same or better quality as your original equipment manufacturers labels. We will also guarantee they will be compatible with the equipment they are intended for.
