Inflatable air cushion pods designed to protect individual bottles in transit – ideal for wine merchants, distilleries, olive oil producers and any business shipping glass or plastic bottles directly to customers.

Each pod encases the bottle in its own cushion of air, absorbing shocks and vibrations during transit and virtually eliminating the risk of breakage.

Fits most 70cl, 75cl and 1 litre bottles up to 32cm height and 9.5cm diameter – suitable for standard wine, spirits, gin, whiskey, olive oil and similar bottles, as well as sprays and trigger guns.

Supplied uninflated with an inflation nozzle. Simply inflate using the Bubl Air Compressor or a hand pump, and the pod is ready in seconds. Because they’re supplied uninflated, storage space requirements are minimal – up to 90% less than foam or cardboard protectors.

The inflated pod consists of approximately 98% air, giving it an exceptionally low shipping carbon footprint. Made from a minimum of 30% recycled content and fully recyclable at end of life. Reusable multiple times before recycling.
